Method ``http_accept_encoding``
-------------------------------

The ``http_accept_encoding`` method evaluates a request as the request of a
bot if the Accept-Encoding_ header ..

- did not contain ``gzip`` AND ``deflate`` (if both values are missed)
- did not contain ``text/html``
